This was a pumpkin cake with cream cheese icing covered in fondant.
Fondant flowers helped me decorate the top and border of this cake.
I made this tiffany blue fondant cake with white fondant rosettes. I used edible pearls to enhance the quilted pattern on the cake.

In honor of Greek Easter, I decided to make a cake modeled after a Greek church. The cake was baklava flavored with a cinnamon buttercream icing.
